Marketing- Gather and analyze market data
Devise methods and procedures for obtaining data, such as conducting Internet, telephone or direct-mail surveys or face-to-face consumer studies- Make recommendations based on data analysis, to determine product delivery and promotion
Production of marketing materials- Updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations
Assisting with client communications and standardizing marketing materials.
Implementing social media strategies
- Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves- Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of social media strategy
Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with goals and benchmarks
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
Should be able to accomplish the whole sales cycle:- Pre and Post Sales Support (Quote Generation, Orders Processing)
Lead Generation
Company and Product Presentation Contract Negotiation
Develop new business opportunities to meet trends- Facilitate client requirements meetings both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications
Report weekly sales forecasts
- Help identify customer needs and work with team members to finalize recommendation
Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends- Create and deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
Develop and manage client relationships
Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations- Work closely with Distributors and Vendors in securing competitive pricing
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.- 2-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of the IT or IT-related marketing experience
