You are responsible for assisting senior marketing staff in analyzing the impact of market campaigns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently, campaigns are produced on time, and the company remains visible in the market.
- Monitor competitors marketing activities
- Monitor consumer and product trends that are relevant to the business.
- Monitor and report sales updates for assigned brands.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Assist in driving product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members
- Assist in crafting promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business
- Knowledgeable in basic digital marketing concepts
- 1-2 years work as a Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to APPLY)
- Strong command of written and oral English
- Self-motivated, Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
