Sales and Marketing Assistant

The Role:

The role of Sales and Marketing Assistant requires a dynamic individual who is not only passionate about sales but also possesses an in-depth understanding of sound and picture post-production processes specific to the film and television industry. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Administrative Head, Sales Head, and CEO of Narra. The Sales and Marketing Assistant specializes in creating marketing strategies and communicating with film executives, producers and directors aiming to highlight the talent of Narra's high-end and internationally-accredited facility (Dolby, Trusted Partner Network, Motion Picture Association) and Filipino sound designers, film editors and technical staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and strategically target high-value clients within the film industry both locally and internationally.
• Establish and fortify relationships with key decision-makers, including directors, producers, studio owners, and post supervisors.
• Open new client accounts with the support of our administrative and operations team.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with the unique value of our post (sound and picture) services, addressing client concerns with personalized solutions.
• Represent Narra at industry events, networking with key figures within the local and global film community.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, and Communication. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Deep understanding of film and television industry and post-production processes. Previous experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Demonstrated passion for sales with a personable and approachable demeanor.
• Fluent proficiency in both Tagalog and English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional active listening, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and adept at working independently.
