Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and events, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, both online and offline, in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
Assist in general office duties.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives.
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and interact effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Prior experience in administrative support or office management is a plus.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
