Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a relevant field.- At least 3 to 5 years experience as a travel agent or consultant, with expertise in local and international travel arrangements with an exceptional customer service record.
Candidates should have marketing/sales experience, with additional skills in
design and event management being desirable.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented to successfully manage travel plans and schedules.- Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends.
Design complete travel itineraries for clients that include entertainment, restaurant, and attraction suggestions.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills, including communication, respect, and empathy.
Counsel clients on their various travel choices and explain the differences between available options.- Maintain client relationships and solve problems to keep repeat clients happy.
In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
- Manage large-scale events including conferences and retreats.
Maintain client information and financial records.- Fluency in languages, such as Tagalog, English, and Mandarin
