We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategies and campaigns for our outsourcing services. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives to promote our outsourcing services, attract new clients, and retain existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results in the outsourcing services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our services, including digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the outsourcing services industry.- Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising campaigns, to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Plan and coordinate virtual events, webinars, and workshops to showcase our outsourcing services and engage with prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and campaign ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize performance.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the virtual assistant space to identify new opportunities for marketing innovation and growth.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role and experience in marketing, lead generation and preferably in the outsourcing services industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and english verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
