Role Summary
The role of an Account Manager requires strong self motivation to achieve and exceed targets and Management expectations. This role requires maturity, a sense of responsibility and the ability to create your own opportunities, build trusting relationships and exceed the expectations of your clients.
You will focus on corporate accounts and industry segments as directed by your direct manager.
It's not a job where you'll be stuck in the office. You'll be out attending client meetings, conferences and other networking events. Whilst the you must be able to work independently, you are part of a growing sales team and should actively work with other internal
departments including General Management, Finance, Product and the IT team.
Key Responsibilities
As a key sales generator, you will play an integral role in the success of the Company's digital messaging business growth. Some of your main responsibilities are:
Use desk research, referrals and industry networking techniques to continuously identify potential new client prospects, with particular focus on larger enterprises who can deliver potentially higher revenues;
- Prequalify prospective clients through direct contact over the phone and via online Communication.
Actively develop a strong clientele base by proposing, presenting and closing new corporate accounts
- Prepare and deliver presentations to qualified prospective clients.
Assess the scope of the business opportunity though face to face contact and discussion- Prepare and follow up business proposals;
Prepare client contracts;
Account retention and growth Manage closely, build and maintain positive client relationships in order to retain and grow existing clients;
- Proactively generate and maximize revenue though your client accounts;
Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
Develop and implement business strategies to support your personal Sales Target and Key Performance Indices (KPI's).- Prepare rolling monthly and quarterly sales forecast
Prepare, update and regularly present client pipeline report to direct Manager
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of mobile, email and IP messaging.
Feedback relevant customer information (product, support, pricing, competitors, sales opportunities etc) to your direct Manager and to relevant office-based personnel for general improvement of business and new product and service development.- Work closely with other members of the Company to ensure optimized performance. In particular, work closely with IT and Product Management for delivery of customised services, and with management and the Finance Department to minimise risk of Accounts Receivable from customers.

Excellent relationship and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in an IT related industry- Graduate of any 4 year Degree Course or higher

Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
