Job SummarySales and Logistics Coordinator will process customer orders and request, scheduling/managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to clients, other departments and technicians. Ensure the adequacy of sales/service-related activities, tools and materials. Responsible for customer service and complaints management and maintaining after sales support.
Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course.
- Previous experience in air-conditioning company and/or customer service experience is a plus
Great customer service skills is a major plus- Logistics planning experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Positive outlook, team-management and leadership skills- Willing to work in Paranaque
