JOB MISSION:
To drive the successful sale of industrial and commercial lot inventory. The role is pivotal in fostering relationships with key stakeholders and clients, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Representation:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings.
- Meet with potential clients, set presentation and close a sale
Know the Market:
- Research customer needs and identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze competitors and industry standards.
Project Alignment and Market Positioning:
- By working with other internal departments, ensure projects solve customer problems and meet or exceed market expectations.
- Position projects to appeal to the target audience and create a distinct brand identity.
Value Proposition:
- Understand and master the business value proposition and communicate benefits, features, and ROI.
Meet or exceed targets:
- Use effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead Generation:
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Identifying and attracting potential customers who have an interest in our products or services.

Client Management:
