We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager / Account Manager.
This role is split evenly between Sales and Business Development (
- 5 FTE) and Account Management (0.5 FTE). The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of individual contributor experience, preferably in the banking, payments, and e-commerce technology sectors, and will operate at a mid-manager level.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development (0.5 FTE):
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Philippines market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.Sales Administration and Reporting: Oversee sales documentation, monitor performance metrics, and generate regular sales reports.
- Customer Support and After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing support and service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Account Management (0.5 FTE):
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Account Planning and Strategy: Create and execute account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
Revenue Growth and Upselling:
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.Client Issue Resolution:
Act as the escalation point for client concerns, addressing issues swiftly and professionally.Client Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client accounts and provide regular updates on account status and performance.
Mid-manager level with 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within the banking, payments, or e-commerce technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency with sales administration tools and reporting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
