Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Related Function
Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Company products functions, features and benefits.
- Collaborates with Sales Team to understand customer requirement; and provides technical sales support.
Conducts presentations or demonstrations of instruments, machines or equipment (the Equipment) to explain the products or services.- Provides technical support and services to customers regarding use, operation, applications and maintenance of instruments, machines or equipment.
Provides technical specifications and configurations to existing and prospective customers.
Assists the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Assists in monitoring sales team's itinerary and activities and provide technical advice/recommendation on what equipment/instrument to offer.
Develops standardized technical products presentations.- Distributes technical application notes to appropriate industries.
Conceptualizes and communicates on how Company products and services affect opportunities and sales exposure within the company.
- Trainings, Conferences, Exhibits and Seminars
Conducts product orientation and on-going mentoring to sales team
- Attends Company trainings or seminars to become familiar with product lines.
Ensures being up-to-date technically and applies the new knowledge to job activities.- Attends at conferences, exhibits, seminars, tradeshows or other events trade shows to promote products and services.
Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains the same.
