As a Sales and Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, recommendations, and assistance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Contact and qualify potential suppliers based on criteria such as registration, location, and payment and delivery terms.- Research and identify potential suppliers through social media and online platforms.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues such as delays or quality concerns.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential suppliers, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Proven experience in administrative and sales support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Proficient in using relevant software applications for documentation and data management.
- Amenable working in San Juan, Metro Manila.
