Job Title: Sales Analyst
Reports to: President
As a Sales Analyst in a fast growing ISP company, your primary responsibility is to analyze sales data and market trends to provide valuable insights that will contribute to the development and enhancement of sales strategies. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the company's competitive positioning within the telecommunications industry.
- Analyze and interpret sales data, including customer acquisition, retention, and churn rates. Evaluate the performance of different product and service offerings.
Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in the telecommunications and Internet Service Provider sector and conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.Provide insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation and forecast demand revenue and expenses.
Segment customer data to identify target markets and tailor sales strategies appropriately. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to enhance customer experience.- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer lifetime value (CLV). Monitor the performance of different sales teams across regions. Analyze sales data to identify high-performing and underperforming areas.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for sales and executive teams and present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and provide analytical support for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Degree in Business administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Strong research and data analysis skills
Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of telecommunications products, and services
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
