QUALIFICATIONS:
College level/Senior High Graduate/Vocation graduate are welcome to apply.
At least 6 months related work experience
Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
Honest & trustworthy, Can Do attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing;
Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures;
Release loan proceeds to borrowers;
Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments;
Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts;
Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies;
Analyses the market's potential
Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed
