Position: Software Sales Agent

Salary: PHP 50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Agent with a strong background in sales marketing and established connections within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales and marketing and, preferably, experience working with Japanese companies. This role involves a 3-month under-observation period where candidates can choose between a commission-based or fixed monthly salary structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell software solutions.

- Identify and reach out to potential clients using your network and connections.

- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales processes and strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales marketing, preferably in the software industry.

- Strong network and connections within the industry.

- Experience working with Japanese companies is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Observation Period:

- Duration: 3 months

- Salary: PHP 50,000 per month

- Compensation Options:
