Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Administrator will support our sales department by managing sales-related documents, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation and paperwork for sales transactions.
Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer databases and update records of sales activities and transactions.
  • Monitor and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with finance and shipping departments to resolve any issues related to orders and payments.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and other key metrics as required.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Job Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience in preparing sales reports and presentations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Administration is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php17,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
* 13th month salary
