Assist Sales Officers with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales orders.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Support the organization of sales events, conferences, and promotional activities.
Requirements- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
