As Sales Administrator you will play an instrumental role in the seamless execution of field admin tasks, events, conferences and meetings. You will also play a critical role in standardizing and streamlining ways of working within the Business Operations team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties maybe assigned:

  • Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; etc.
  • Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
  • Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.
  • Performs sales calculations on sales incentives.
  • May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.

Required Knowledge and Experience:


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Your Profile


  • Has advanced practical knowledge in administrative work, meeting management, contract management
  • Knowledge of Cvent, Docusign, Microsoft Meeting Planner, etc.
  • Possess good problem solving skills, experience in troubleshooting and timely resolutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to create strong partnership and network within the organization.
