Sales Administrative Management Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance reports.
- Analyze and visualize data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Update and maintain the accuracy of data in Salesforce.
- Monitor and track sales related to Esri products or services.
- Ensure accurate commission calculations for Esri sales.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities related to Esri.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strategize and close these opportunities.
- Handle procurement requests for sales-related materials or resources.
- Maintain procurement records and track expenses.
- EPN Partner Management
- Assist in the creation, review, and processing of sales contracts.
- Ensure all contracts meet legal and company requirements.
- Take minutes during sales meetings.
- Distribute meeting agendas and updates.
- Implement directives from sales leadership.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
- Ensure all bid documents are complete and submitted on time.
- Manage the accreditation process for sales team members.
- Ensure team members meet necessary qualifications and certifications.
- Participate in company-wide events organized by the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Assist in planning and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related course.
Required Skills:
- Oral and Presentation Skills
- Proficient in MS Office 365
