Sales Admin Assistant for a Food Manufacturing and Distributing Company
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the National Key Account Manager and Sales Team by:
- Writing and maintaining business reviews and sales presentations creating/preparing PowerPoint presentations
Generates, runs and formats reports/spreadsheets in Excel- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail to answer questions about products or services
Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and typing correspondence
- Maintaining client databases and updating customer contact information
Coordinating with vendors to track orders, ensure prompt shipment of goods, and confirm delivery dates- Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss product features and pricing options
Qualifications:- With Bachelor's Degree related to Sales and Marketing/Office Administration/Business Administration or any related Vocational course
With at least 2 years experience as Sales Admin Assistant
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
With Background in Food Industry is an advantage Knowledgeable in Microsoft softwares/applications
- Willing to start immediately
