We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Administration specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Zalora. You will play a vital role in uploading products, addressing customer queries and concerns, and validating orders. Responsibilities:
- Manage our presence on e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Zalora.
Upload and update product listings on each platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and initiate appropriate follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.- Monitor platform performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and customer reviews, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Stay updated on the latest platform policies, trends, and best practices to optimize our e-commerce presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches on the platforms.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Zalora.
- Familiarity with product uploading and management processes on these platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in priorities.- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of the e-commerce industry, including market trends and best practices, is a plus.
