About the Role
As the Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the daily support of retail activities at the company. This includes processing purchase orders, compiling and ensuring adherence to our sales reporting schedule, preparing sales materials, and sending customer samples. If you are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in Canva for presentations, and are good at managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Purchase Order Processing: Handle purchase orders for retail sales expenditures.
New Line Forms: Complete new line forms for new listings in retailers and assist the sales manager with any listing administration.
Vendor Management: Manage select vendors to ensure compliance with internal timelines.
New Item Setup: Assist the sales team with new item setup requirements from retailers and update necessary marketing pieces for tradeshows.
Sample Distribution: Help the team send out packages/requested samples from the office.
Trade Marketing: Learn to execute trade marketing initiatives and other marketing capabilities in Salesforce to find new customers and drive revenue.
Customer Account Plans: Assist sales managers in completing customer account plans, linking in marketing activity and analysing performance.
Project Management: Oversee timelines with the sales and marketing team to ensure adherence to key timelines for products on shelves and marketing activities.
Data Analytics
Market Share Insights: Assess and report on monthly data for market share insights in our retail channels.
Data Analysis: Work with the sales team in analysing monthly sales and marketing data for retailer meetings and internal office month-end meetings.
Sales Reporting: Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers, drawing insights and analysis.
Sales Presentations: Help prepare sales presentations under the guidance of Sales Managers.
Web Analytics: Analyze and report on website visitor behaviour using Google Analytics.
Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.
About You
3 years minimum experience in sales administration, preferably in the retail industry (pharmacy or grocery sector, either supplier or store side).
Proficient in Excel-based systems and data manipulation; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and BI tools (not mandatory).
Demonstrates collaborative skills
Ability to work well within a team.
Strong ability to prioritise, problem solve, plan, and budget.
