Job Description

Requirements:
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting all sales agent for documentation
Processing sample request for the customer
  • Processing purchase order
Checking new items and prices for the sales agents
  • Sales consolidation reports
Assisting customer for showroom visit and prepare all needed
  • Handling customer inquiries and emails
Ensure customer information and requirements are complete

Job Type: Full-time
