Requirements:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Assisting all sales agent for documentation
Processing sample request for the customer
- Processing purchase order
Checking new items and prices for the sales agents- Sales consolidation reports
Assisting customer for showroom visit and prepare all needed
- Handling customer inquiries and emails
Ensure customer information and requirements are complete
