Job Description:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and contracts.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager or senior management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales administration or customer service.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
