Position: Sales Admin Officer
Location: Makati
Work Setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Schedule: 9am to 6pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Officer to join our team. The Sales Admin Officer will provide crucial administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient documentation management. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with PEZA regulations and facilitating import-export (IMPEX) documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by managing documentation related to clients such as DNPH, IBIDEN, and other PEZA-related requirements.
Assist in the preparation and processing of IMPEX documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as a liaison between sales staff and customers for documentation and administrative queries.
Maintain and organize sales records and reports.
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate sales administrative activities.
Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and shipping documentation.
Assist in inventory management related to sales orders and shipments.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is advantageous.
Knowledge of IMPEX documentation processes and familiarity with PEZA regulations is highly desirable.
Preferably accredited as a Customs Broker or Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
