  • Job Summary:

Enhance team productivity by creating concise professional service engagements and Short Form Proposals (SFPs). Develop and finalize customer proposals and pricing commercial models, with provided training. Convert third-party PDF quotes into Data#3 Word proposals and update relevant systems. Ensure timely upload of finalized proposals and cost models to Data#3 Internal Sharepoint. Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound communications. Assist Solution Architect, Professional Services, and Sales team functions as needed.

  • Responsibilities:
Contribute to team's sales and solution productivity by creating smaller professional services engagements/Short Form Proposals (SFPs)/template customer Proposals.
  • Utilise Word, Excel, PDF, Salesforce, Kimble, Conga to create and finalise Customer Proposal and Pricing Commercial Models (training will be provided)
Convert Third Party PDF Quotes to Data#3 Word Proposals and update Salesforce, Kimble and Conga (training will be provided)
  • Upload final Proposals and Cost Models to Data#3 Internal Sharepoint
Respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and IMs promptly and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as requested to support the Solution Architect, Professional Services and Sales team functions.


  • Requirements:
Proven track record of following work instructions within Data#3 systems i.e. Salesforce, Kimble, Conga, Sharepoint (training will be provided).
  • Focus on attention to detail and ability to closely follow instructions
Efficient collaboration skills with internal teams raise questions if uncertain
  • Excellent written communication skills
Ability to measures self against standardisation of excellence
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from Monday to Friday AU hoursMust be amenable to reporting to our Makati and BGC office as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,
  • 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
