We are looking for a
Sales Admin Coordinator who will join our team in the Business Development group.
Support the Business Development Team on day-to-day client relationships, marketing activities, generating sales leads and developing business opportunities which will contribute to overall company sales targets of assigned brands.
- Provides support in generating sales leads and identify business opportunities from email and phone inquiries.
Conduct telemarketing and email communications with potential customers to:
o Introduce the company and its lighting solutions (and product ranges)
o Gather relevant customer information in order to identify present and future projects/ requirements
Attends to incoming calls and inquiries of new and regular clients to serve their requirements.
Assist in the preparation of quotation, RFQs, and any other inter-office documents needed in processing client inquiries, requirements, and requests.
Assist in the identification of potential customers through research, telemarketing, internet and other potential sources.
Assist in monitoring and as needed, follow up progress / status of offers and quotations to clients.
Closely coordination with other departments to immediately and completely serve client inquiries, requirements and requests.
- Provides administrative support to BD Team in the implementation of marketing activities.
Assists BD Team in organizing and implementing various marketing activities such as product presentations, seminars, product training, etc.
- Organize and identify schedule of activities
- Prepare materials needed such as (hand-out, brochures, invitation letters, etc.)
- Check availability of equipment needed such as (chairs, tables, projector, laptop, etc.)
- Sends out invitation and follow up confirmation to guests/clients- Monitors stock supply of marketing paraphernalia such as brochures, catalogs, etc.
- Works with Business Development Manager in monitoring status of projects and other business development activities.
Monitor and ensure timely and complete submission of reports of BD Team and endorse to BDM for review and discussion.
- Prepares and submits the following reports:
Consolidated and updated L10 report- Consolidated and updated Account Summary
Other reports as required by the Business Development Manager
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
