JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- A graduate of business management, business administration or any related course;
Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a marketing assistant in a food industry, customer relations/servicing or equivalent professional practice;- Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
Proficient in written and communication skills;
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail;

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for providing support for business support center group and ensures assigned duties and responsibilities are performed effectively and accurately.- Receives and process dealer's outlet orders, routine requests regarding outlet operations, equipment repair, delivery schedule and product pull-out/replacement, payments of rentals, utilities, drinks;
Performs daily and weekly product forecasting and facilitates timely delivery of products;
- Monitors and records daily sales off take;
Compares actual delivered versus forecasts of products and supplies;- Coordinates with outside partners such as schools, malls, terminals and supermarkets;
Encodes and updates process orders;
- Consolidates outlet petty cash replenishments;
Process requests for payments of rentals, utilities, drinks, etc.- Coordinates with other departments for fast transactions and ensures information, activities are met and organized;
Maintains records, documents and organizes the files and archive system to facilitate expeditious retrieval of information;
- Performs related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
