SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- 2 yrs of IT related experience
Graduate of any 4 yr course- Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to read, write and perform basic math
A friendly and outgoing demeanor- A concern for others and a desire to help
Customer service skills

Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations- to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Sensitivity and understanding

Responsible for providing assistance in sales-related activities and preparation of proposals and reports. In coordination or per instructions of the BDM, the sales assistant's duties include:
- Update sales leads and pipeline projects
Arrange/schedule appointment of Sr. BDM with potential and current clients- Get potential client's IT needs and requirements [Coordinate with sale support (Admin Team, specifically) on getting quotes or proposals for potential client's IT needs and requirements].
Advise/remind clients of expiring sales and service contracts [Unless monitoring of contracts will be turned-over to Sales Assistant can be reworded as: Upon advice/notice from Sales Support, specifically Contract Management Team.
- Draft Sales proposal and project P&L for the Sr. BDM
Address/refer client concerns to Sr. BDM- Monitor sales targets versus actual sales performance
