Back Office support for the Sales & Technical Team.
Monitoring Makati team budget and processing of team reimbursement.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Develop and maintain a centralized filing system, assisting and coordinating with the sales & technical team for the required documentation by clients.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
Gathering and processing research data from the Sales &Technical Team.
Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
Assisting with inventory control.
Office maintenance (cleanliness, acquisition of office supplies as may require, etc.)
Handle customer inquiries and complains.
Maintain all (call, email) log inquiries.
Organize travel arrangements for the sales and technical team.
