Responsible for all administrative and sales support for sales accounts, to achieve repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative and sales support to Account Managers and Sales Group, through the following:
- Perform clerical duties
- Records keeping and documentation
- Taking in-bound calls for Sales and Marketing Group
- Contact clients for concerns and issues
Analyze customer's needs and recommend requirements that would best meet their needs.
Perform telemarketing activities for potential accounts.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing group on training, promos, and sales activities.
Report to respective Account Manager on the progress of projects.
Coordinate technical problems received from customer to concerned Systems Engineer.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in Business, or other related fields
1-2 years relevant work experience
