Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales team
Prepare and submit Requisition Slip (RS) and Request for Payment (RFP) for all requested materials of Sales- Monitor all requests for payments before the due date the deposit the cheques to designated banks; scanned copies to be sent to the suppliers
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Communicate with the Treasury department for cheque releasing and Purchasing department for materials releasing
Monitor and manage office supplies- Scan and cascade documents to departments accordingly
Create and update Receiving Report
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned
Graduate of any 4-year Business-related course
- Experience in clerical and admin works is an advantage but not required
Proficient in MS Office applications- Has good coordinating skills
Detail-oriented
- Can work on a fast-paced environment
Willing to do field work
