- Price and sales packages management.
- Management of incentive program for sales force.
- Closing of sales, assist in discussing to the buyers, terms and packages of the sale.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS Accounting, Accounting Technology or Business Course graduate from a reputable University /College; has good scholastic records; at one (1) year work experience in sales administration in a real estate business, has knowledge in accounting related works; has good interpersonal, oral and written communication, customer handling and leadership skills; computer literate / Trustworthy / Can work under pressure and less supervision; and proficient in using Microsoft Applications especially Microsoft Excel.
