Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Inventory monitoring of lots prior to opening of new projects.

  • Price and sales packages management.

  • Management of incentive program for sales force.

  • Closing of sales, assist in discussing to the buyers, terms and packages of the sale.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

BS Accounting, Accounting Technology or Business Course graduate from a reputable University /College; has good scholastic records; at one (1) year work experience in sales administration in a real estate business, has knowledge in accounting related works; has good interpersonal, oral and written communication, customer handling and leadership skills; computer literate / Trustworthy / Can work under pressure and less supervision; and proficient in using Microsoft Applications especially Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
