Job Description:_
- Actively participate in daily sales order management activities encompassing document, information, product and approval workflows.
Ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders, creation of corresponding sales order in SAP and coordinate with logistics partner on time delivery of goods from warehouse / FTY to customers.- Engage with external customers, internal customers and service providers to resolve product quality issue, delivery disputes and invoice and product discrepancy. Keep superior informed and obtain appropriate guidance.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation and timely compilation of proof of delivery (POD) documents and record keeping.

Qualifications:_
- Preferably in Business Management. If possible, BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant field.
Work experience as Sales and Logistics Administrator, importation Admin or similar role- 3 yrs. experience in importation / Logistics process is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high sense of urgency.
- Can work in minimal supervision.
Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
