Qualification:
- Receive and process sales orders online, or via phone and email
Verifying orders including customers personal information and payment details.- Contact sales representative by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Dealing with and responding to high volume of emails.
- Supporting sales department with other administrative tasks if requested.
Check and maintain inventory or availability of stocks.- Submit weekly sales report.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Maintenance of current accounts and timely monitoring of orders, especially for customer missed orders
