Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administra ve or support roles, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent communica on and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM so ware and Microso Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organiza onal skills with the ability to mul task and priori ze effec vely.
- Aten on to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Responsibilities
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process sales orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure mely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Track orders to ensure on- me delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Customer Communica on:
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing ques ons and concerns promptly and
professionally.
- Provide product informa on, pricing details, and order status updates to customers.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a mely manner.
- Sales Support:
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts based on the input from sales representa ves.
- Assist in preparing sales presenta ons and materials for client mee ngs.
- Maintain a clear and organized record of sales-related documents and communica ons.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM (Customer Rela onship
Management) system.
- Enter sales data, update customer informa on, and track sales ac vi es.
- Repor ng:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for management and the sales team, providing insights
into performance, trends, and opportuni es.
- Administra ve Tasks:
- Manage calendars and schedules for sales representa ves, arranging appointments and mee ngs as
needed.
- Handle administra ve tasks such as filing, faxing, mailing, and correspondence.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordina ng with the inventory team to ensure product
availability for orders.
- Sales Team Coordina on:
- Collaborate with sales representa ves to ensure they have the necessary materials and informa on
to effec vely engage with customers.
- Facilitate communica on and coordina on between sales and other departments, such as marke ng
and finance.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Assist in training new sales team members on administra ve processes and CRM system usage.
