The sales team at Peak Design supports a global wholesale network of retailer partners, distributors, and independent sales reps across 65 countries.
The Sales Enablement Specialist
will support the wholesale team in streamlining workflows and assist in providing exceptional sales support to our partners - enabling them to sell more Peak Design products more easily. In this role, the individual will be responsible for creating and formatting key reports, executing sales support tasks and projects, and directly communicating with our wholesale network. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and an agile yet organized approach to their work. The full scope of responsibilities is below:
- Account Management Support (approx. 25% of the role)
Must be able to effectively communicate with key accounts and reps to complete tasks.
Monitor reviews on partner listings for PD products
Conduct Retail Audits and Product Display Audits
Ensure partner's PDP pages are up to date for launch
- Sales Ops (approx. 75% of the role)
Help out with manual data entry required for new partner onboarding
Set up and monitor product pages and content for key accounts
Monitor MAP. (Make sure our customers are selling at our MSRP).
Monitor & remove fraudulent/fake/3rd party online listings
Complete all onboarding docs & forms from new partners, along with providing internal docs for partners so they are set up for payment & future ordering.
Assist the wholesale training team with localization training and transcript coordination.
Support ENDVR Sales Contests and monitor campaigns, submissions, and retailer requests.
Process sample orders and requests to support both internal and external stakeholders
Help out in Setting up logistics sheet for partners for upcoming projects/launches.
Ad Hoc event support for the international and domestic sales team
More than 2-3 years of work experience in Retail and B2B Sales.
- Project Management: Monitor and support end-to-end projects.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are key for collaborating with various teams like marketing, product, and sales. You'll need to explain complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing, and foster strong working relationships across departments.- Analytical Skills: You'll analyze data to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement. This may involve tracking metrics like sales rep performance, weekly sales, etc.
Proficiency in Sales Tools and Technologies: Slack, NetSuite, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Asana, Google Sheets, Rockerbox, Lookerstudio, Support Trends, Dor, Locally.
- Must be detail-oriented, a team player, and able to work with minimal supervision.
