Responsible for soliciting and handling of business of assigned accounts for the company by establishing business relationship with producers/clients.- Assists in designing comprehensive insurance packages needed by potential clients
Develops and maintains personalized service to clients, brokers and agents through frequent communication and visitations
- Ensures renewal of client's expiring policies
Coordinates with underwriting and other departments concerned on the following:
Acceptability of the proposed business and placement slips
Issuance of policies
Release of commission and claims settlement checks- Assists the Account Receivable Department. in the collection of outstanding premiums from producers
Supervises the Marketing Assistant on everyday transactions and related matters
- Prepares reports for the weekly Marketing Meeting
Monitors progress of claims filed by producers/clients- Prepares and monitors proposals to corporate clients and be able to convert the proposal to an insurance policy.
