- Qualifications for Sales Field Officer
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or business development are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Field Officer or in a similar sales role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets over a sustained period.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales management tools.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service practices.
