Handles offline accounts and makes sure sales target is reached.- Maintains a good working relationship with the company and the accounts assigned.
Manages a team of sales deployed in stores and monitors their productivity.
- Submits weekly sales report and escalates concerns raised from the field.
Requirements
- Bachelors Graduate of any business related courses.
With at least 3 years experience in sales or related field.- Retail experience is preferred.
Background in HR is acceptable.
- Must have either sales experience or a strong potential for sales.
Must have an assertive but pleasing personality.- Must know how to handle a team.
Must be flexible to go on field work.
