The AVMake Sales Account Officer (SAO)
will stand as brand ambassador for AVMake furniture. Main responsibilities include finding sales leads, close sales, support existing clients, formulate sales strategies, and communicate product value to clients. He/She is expected to market the product to viable organizations and businesses. He/She should be able to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.
With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, AVMake Sales Account Officer (SAO) will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. SAO will also be responsible for monitoring project job order, delivery, payment processing and post sales communications.
He/she will also be the main point of contact from start to finish of the transaction and is also responsible for continuing and maintaining a good vendor-client relationship. Some of the SAO tasks bellow but not limited to the following:
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.- Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
Act as Brand Ambassador for AVMake products, presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.
Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.- Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Develop sales strategies and hit quotas.- Put together contracts and negotiate prices for a win-win scenario.
Contribute to the overall sales goals set by the organization.
- 5. Sales Coordinator Tasks (as needed)
Process individual or corporate sales whether online, email and phone sales.
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
Must have the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.- Must be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Should be excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail.- Good Computer skills, especially MS Office and Google Workspace
