Account Manager is responsible for establishing maintaining and servicing existing contracts with representatives of government, business and social groups and to solicit business form those groups, for the hotel.
Establishes, maintains, and services contracts with representatives of organizations or groups particularly those in their assigned areas through personal visits, telephone calls and written correspondences.
Negotiates for new and repeat business that involves rooms, conferences and banquets.
Confers with clients to discuss function details such as space requirements, publicity. food services and decorations.
Creates packages to meet the client's requirements with the approval of the management.
Verifies reservations by preparing contracts and obtaining conformed signatures of the client.
Handles and responsible for ocular inspections by showing room and banquet function rooms making sure to convince them and to consider the hotel by giving relevant information.
Establishes and/or assists F&B in function bookings and other promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with at least 3-5 year's work experience in HOTEL Room Sales
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
- Familiar on basic office and procedures
- Driving skills
- Customer service oriented
