Job Description:
- Manage the company's customers, and determine their needs.
Grow the company's business and develop positive long-term relationships.- Recommend company products & solutions by reviewing customer's requirements.
Generate new sales opportunities and close sales.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors products.
Work with the sales and marketing team to develop sales tools, and product dissemination.- Determine competitive product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; including special costing.
Ensure profitability of products and services being handled.
- Accomplish reports on status of accounts.
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers satisfaction.- Strong negotiating power and people skills.
Professional email correspondence and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in Data Center technology and good customer service experience.
Knowledgeable in the use of a CRM and MS Office.
- Skills and Qualifications:
with Data Center experience and knowledge in IT infrastructure.
Other Qualifications: Product Knowledge, Project Management, Relationship Building, Pricing, Prospecting, Forecasting, Time Management.
