The Account Manager supports the Sales Manager and other management through mid- level administrative and creative tasks.
Identifying potential new clients
Acting as the point of contact for clients
Organizing meetings with clients about their needs
Presenting solutions and services to clients
Managing client accounts
Identifying and implementing best practices
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients experience
- Specific Responsibilities:
Solutions presentation to clients
Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals
Help develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients (partner programs, business review, contract renewal, etc.)
Utilize social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness
Prepare sales forecast reports and submit them to management
Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales
Collaborate with the marketing design and content marketing team to produce quality advertising material for company products and services
Maintain an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches
Degree in business administration, marketing, or related
Proven experience as a sales account executive
Extensive customer service experience
Ability to increase customer engagement
Knowledge of customer relations management (CRM) software and MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and time management skills
