Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound and inbound efforts to engage and qualify B2B leads in the education sector.
Book discovery calls with prospects interested in AI, mobile apps, LMS, and other software solutions.
  • Own the sales process: from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all interactions are documented in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, discovery calls, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate across teams, sharing strategies to optimize sales performance.
Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and product offerings to effectively address client needs.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities, contributing creatively to new initiatives and processes.
  • Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, ideally within EdTech.
Proven success in meeting sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in overcoming objections.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Valuable Attributes
Prior B2B sales experience in education technology.
  • Familiarity with AI, mobile apps, and software products.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay
