Primary Responsibilities- Drive outbound and inbound efforts to engage and qualify B2B leads in the education sector.
Book discovery calls with prospects interested in AI, mobile apps, LMS, and other software solutions.- Own the sales process: from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all interactions are documented in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, discovery calls, and closed deals.
- Collaborate across teams, sharing strategies to optimize sales performance.
Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and product offerings to effectively address client needs.- Adapt to evolving responsibilities, contributing creatively to new initiatives and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, ideally within EdTech.
Proven success in meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills and resilience in overcoming objections.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Prior B2B sales experience in education technology.- Familiarity with AI, mobile apps, and software products.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
