Job Description:- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Achieves strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Graduate of BS degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any Business-related course
3-4 years experience in related field
- Willing to be trained to work on all stages of a sales process and how to translate business requirements into business solutions
Above average communication skills (both oral and written presentation and business reports- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
Can confidently interact with various organization levels
- Willing to operate under minimal supervision
Very good interpersonal skills and people skills- Experience in selling IT products and services
Able and willing to travel from one area to another
Experience in selling Avaya, Cisco, Fortinet and Aruba is a PLUS.
