Objective: Primarily responsible for over-all sales performance of the assigned areas. The position is responsible for dealer recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies and plan through effective leadership and execution skills, also responsible for supporting the dealer/key account relationship-building efforts in the assigned areas.
- To initiate marketing ideas, implement programs and monitor program results.
- Proper Account Management addresses all issues and concerns :
- 3. Dealer's Inventory Management
- 4 Market Share Management
- Facilitate Account Expansion
- Weekly and monthly sales report generation
- Other orders that may be issued from time to time, if warranted.
