Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts and opening new accounts. They will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts. Understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. Identify opportunities to upsell.
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including prompt response to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics, inventory, and finance, to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Attending industry events to expand the company's customer base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
  • Product understanding: Stay knowledgeable about product specifications and competitive landscape effectively communicate product benefits to clients and address customer inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree in business administration or marketing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Management
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adept in developing and maintaining business relationships with all leadership positions
  • Open to working on the field or reporting on-site in Mandaluyong as needed
