I.SUMMARYSales account executives work in a sales role, helping to maintain or extend existing accounts (customers) and develop new accounts.
- II.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Acting as the point of contact for clients.
- Identify potential new clients.
Identify and implementing best practices.- Organize meetings with clients about their needs.
Monitor and reporting on sales performance.
- Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients experience.
Generate local revenue, ensuring all financial goals are being exceeded, while developing and maintaining relationships with agencies and clients- Ability to develop and maintain direct relationships with agencies and clients
Maintain smooth sales relationships by handling client complaints, providing updates on new offerings, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Consult with sales management on opportunities and specific needs of clients
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT- Degree in business administration, marketing, or related.
Proven experience as a sales account executive.- Extensive customer service experience.
Ability to increase customer engagement.
