EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree: Often in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, Marketing or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
KNOWLEDGE OF FREIGHT FORWARDING:
Understanding of freight forwarding processes, regulations and industry trends.SALES SKILLS:
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage accounts, track sales activities and forecast revenue.
- Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time commitment
Proficiency in Microsoft office and any software related to sales
